ASAP is the not-for-profit trade body currently representing serviced apartment operator and agent member companies in 19 countries, who collectively operate over 100,000 apartments and offer 3 million bed nights per year.

What is the ASAP Convention?

The ASAP Annual Convention is  a unique opportunity to be inspired by the best speakers around, hear valuable insights from, and interact with, the industry’s most experienced professionals, take part in educational seminars including our globally recognised Quality Accreditation Programme and network with operators, agents, investors and suppliers. As a not-for-profit association, the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) is dedicated at it’s Annual Convention, to providing unrivalled value for money, encouraging attendance from every type of business.

How do I book?

Tickets are onsale in early June with early bird tickets being available until 30th September 2019.

How much does a ticket cost?

We offer a variety of tickets including discounted early bird tickets for ASAP members, and discounted tickets for ASAP Business Partners.

Are discounted tickets available?

Yes, we offer early bird discounted rate tickets to ASAP Member companies, and in 2019 are offering early bird discounted rates to serviced apartment provider companies.  These are available until September 30th only.

ASAP Business and Distribution Partners receive discounted rates.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

We cannot guarantee availability on the day of the event so if you wish to secure your ticket you should ensure you purchase by December 9th.

If you are wishing to attend and arrive on the day of the event, full ticket price and payment on the door will be required by credit card or cash and is subject to availability of space.

My colleague would like to book a ticket for the ASAP Convention – is there still time?

Yes. Tickets will remain on sale until December 9th 2019.  Early Bird ticket sales for ASAP Member companies only expires on September 30th 2019.

How can I make changes to my ticket?

You will need to email events@theasap.org.uk for assistance

Can I share my two day ticket?

Unfortunately this is not possible.  Each person attending regardless of whether they attend Day 1 or Day 2 only, or both days must purchase their own ticket.  We do not allow the sharing of tickets for the event.

What are the terms and conditions of my booking?

What time should I arrive?

Day 1 - Tuesday 10th December 2019  - Registration from 0845
Day 2-  Wednesday 11th December 2019 - Registration from 0815

I can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

Cancellation policy: in the event of a delegate requesting to cancel their booking within 12 weeks of the 2019 ASAP Annual Convention then 50% of the cost is refundable. Within 8 weeks 25% of the cost is refundable. Within 4 weeks no refunds are possible.

When will I receive final event information?

An email with all the final instructions will be sent on Friday 6th December 2019

Do I need to book into seminar session in advance of the Convention?

No, but each room will be "first come first served" and once the room is full you will need to attend an alternative seminar session.

Full schedule information will be available via the event app.  Login for details and to plan your day.

Will there be wifi at the venue?

Yes there will be free WIFI available at the venue. The code will be diplayed on the registration desk or ask for assistance at the venue reception.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the event is business attire.

Will there be a choice of food at the convention?

There will be a buffet lunch, allowing you to choose from a range of dishes. Please ensure you make us aware of any special dietary requirements on your ticket registration in advance so we can inform the venue.

Can I leave my coat/luggage?

Yes, we have a cloakroom available where you will be able to leave any coats or small pieces of luggage for the duration of the Convention.

Will there be any exhibitors at the event?

Will there be filming and photography during the event?

Yes, there will be filming and photography taking place during the Convention. By attending the event you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional materials.

Why do I need to provide my email address?

We ask you to provide your email address so that we can send you an electronic version of your tickets and keep you updated on event information. We take great care of your data and will not share it.

We also use this channel as a way for us to provide you with any updates about convention related content.   We do not release email addresses to any other company or 3rd party.
