Evelyn has over 25 years working in the hospitality industry with a focus on Operations. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Dublin College of Catering and a BsC (Management ) Degree conferred by Trinity College Dublin.
Evelyn has been employed with PREM Group since 1998 and has headed up their UK division since 2001. She was actively involved in the setting up and development of our extended stay portfolio PREMIER SUITES in the UK. This portfolio now has 15 locations and ranges across Ireland, UK and Continental Europe.
