Mike Ashton is managing director of customer experience and change specialists ABCG. ABCG help clients transform their customer experience and build capability through tailored training from board room to front line. The company’s diverse international client base includes Avon, Oracle, RBS, Mövenpick Hotels, Tetra Pak, PwC, Sibur and Red Funnel Ferries.
Mike’s commercial experience includes senior roles with Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and hotel giant Hilton, where he was Senior Vice President, global marketing & brand management and a member of the board.
