2017 ASAP Annual Convention

December 6th 2017 One Great George Street, London
&
December 7th 2017 155, Bishopsgate London

As the largest gathering of serviced apartment professionals in Europe, the ASAP Convention is the flagship event for the serviced apartment sector. Now in its eighth year, the 2017 Convention will be help over two days, reflecting the success of the event and the continued growth of the association.

Rising Above the Challenge:  Like most other industries, the hospitality industry is a fast-paced and ever-changing world. Technology advances, new employment laws and political changes all add to the existing challenges that our businesses must deal with.  What do our buyers want from us? How do we attract investors? How do I make my digital marketing effective? How do I embrace challenge and use it to improve my team and my business?  As customers shop differently and expect businesses to react much more quickly than they have in the past, businesses face many challenges and should be prepared to rethink to stay in favour with their customers and their investors.

The ASAP Convention addresses these challenges while offering a unique and unrivalled opportunity to be inspired by the best speakers around, hear valuable insights from, and interact with, the industry’s most experienced professionals, take part in educational seminars and network with operators, agents, investors and suppliers in the exhibition.

As a not-for-profit association, the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) is dedicated to providing unrivalled value for money, encouraging attendance from every type of business at its Annual Convention.

Whether you’re an operator, agent, supplier or business partner, the ASAP Convention is the one time of the year when everyone with an interest in the serviced apartment sector gets together in one place. With a mixture of talks, seminars and networking opportunities, the convention is an invaluable event and the key date in the serviced apartment calendarstuart winstone, silverdoor & citybase apartments

Delighted to attend the Conference. Less a Conference and more like a meeting of friends working together to help the sector and each otherstephen hanton, saco the serviced apartment company

We have been a partner of ASAP for a number of years now and find it very beneficial to be able to communicate our business to the Serviced Apartment industry. We especially enjoy attending the yearly Conference as it give us a great opportunity to meet new potential customers as well as networking with our existing customers.

The annual conference is a great opportunity to network with new people and to catch up with old faces. I personally find it very useful to learn about the new and forever changing world of serviced apartments: what's around the corner and who is doing what. All in all, a great day out.

It’s great to have a convention geared specifically towards the serviced apartment sector. I took something away from every session and was able to share what I learnt on the day with the rest of my team.

The ASAP events enable us to meet with decision makers and explain the benefits and advantages of our service.
As an organisation, the ASAP people are a pleasure to work with. They bring together the whole Serviced Apartment world which enables us to stay in touch with developments and trends and friends

The ASAP Convention is the most important event in the serviced apartment sector. What makes it such an invaluable experience is the variety of sessions available that are tailored specifically for serviced apartment professionals.

The ASAP Convention is the perfect opportunity for the serviced apartment community to come together to network, share best practices and to hear about the trends within both the UK and global serviced apartment sectors. It’s also great to meet face-to-face with colleagues, clients and partners who you work with day-to-day but rarely get to spend time with.  I would encourage all of our members to bring as many employees as possible as it is time well invested.richard whittaker, oakwood worldwide

Having direct contact with members at ASAP events helps strengthen existing relationships and presents opportunities for building new ones.

There is also the prospect of meeting other sponsors (outside of the serviced apartment industry) at these events  opening up new avenues for business.
